We offer:
Online auctions and live, in person auctions of personal property & real estate—for estate liquidation, or consignment.
Real estate auctions, held right at your home, guaranteed to save you thousands in costs.
Clean-outs and clean-ups. Light repair, paint, remodel—freshening and brightening your home to make it more appealing to buyers.
*We can handle all aspects of your property and real estate sale. First we hold the personal property sale(s), and then we clean out and clean up the house, doing repairs and deep cleaning as needed, lastly, we ready the house for sale, and hold an exciting & profitable live auction that you will never forget—when everything is bundled together and managed by our team—you won’t believe how quickly everything gets done, and how large your savings & profit can be.
Appraisal services, with legal documentation, starting at 80.00 per hour. We will also appraise single items, or small collections for a fee of 45.00.
